Sheshou needs no introduction, and I think the 0.85 adds a nice power increase over the 0.8, with minimal felt draw weight difference. For those looking to bump their speeds a little in winter, or a bit of added power in summer also, this will ideal. Dividing your draw length by anything from 4.75 to 5, to find an ideal band length. This can and will alter depending on temperature (longer in summer, shorter in winter) Although Sheshou does have fairly good cold resistance due to it’s lower stretch ratio.
In testing with an 81cm draw length, divided by 4.9, to give a 16.5cm active length, tapered 25/20, speeds were consistently around 238fps.
