Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned pro, you can buy this one kit, and you’ll have everything you need. This is my first EVO frame, and it’s awesome. I’m not used to shooting a straight-wrist brace style hold, but within ten or so shots, I was dialed in, and the ERGO EVO felt like an old friend. Killer setup, this one is!

I just received my EVO Ghost. This was my first Catty Shack set up, having been away from catapulting for years! It performed outstandingly and shot with great accuracy. I initially tried the 9.5mm steel ammunition (order additionally) and even the lighter ball few a good distance, hitting with reasonable power and force. Will possibly go for a stiffer band and 10/11mm before trying out on live quarry. Thank you for the swift delivery and top product. Definitely recommend! Rob

Hi Rob, thank you, I’m glad you’re pleased with it. You can gain additional power by trimming and tying your bands on a little shorter if you can. The band at full stretch should stop around the side of your cheek…assuming you are drawing and anchoring to your cheek bone. If you are able to take the bands past this point easily, then they’re too long and you will be losing power, but the flip side is that your bands will last longer. Pro’s and con’s, but for hunting, although accuracy is key, you will still want the power.
