Very excited to finally release the next catapult in our line-up. The G10 EVO® Ergo…clipped! Following on from the extremely popular polycarbonate version.
These are CNC cut from a solid block of green and black 18mm G10, then hand finished. The clips have T nuts inserted, and are secured from the front with sprung loaded T25 torx bolts (torx key included) These provide a good deal of clamping pressure, along with the ridged and recessed clip, so please be sure not to overtighten.
Unscrew the bolt a few turns, and depress to open the clip. Place your band inside the clip, all the way down to the stopping point of the locator block (around 10mm) ensuring the band is level within the clip, release the bolt, adjust to level if needed, and tighten. As always, when attaching a new band, pull away from the face a few times, to ensure the band is securely fastened in the clip and that there is no slippage or movement. The clips are recessed into the catapult, as well as having a male and female location fitting, so there will be no twisting of the clips while tightening.
This catapult includes the usual features of my designs, sloped tips, and a chamfered brace, with the addition of the ergonomic design, that sits perfectly in the hand for a very secure hold. Genuinely the most comfortable, and best feeling frame I’ve ever held. The weight of 145gms strikes a fantastic balance between the polycarbonate and steel versions. An extreme feeling of quality in your hand, and at the same time, being light in the pocket.

This is by far the most comfortable EVO to date. I love the way it holds and I find it to be an easy frame to control with heavy bands. I would love to see the HGH in same G10 materials and colors. GREAT FRAME!!!
